The lead is logged immediately
Caller number, time, and — on Pro — an AI-generated summary of what they likely need. Nothing slips through.
MCManager catches every missed call, texts the caller back in seconds, and keeps a clean lead record — so you know exactly who called, what they need, and who's worth calling back first.
You were on a roof, under a sink, running to your next job. The call went to voicemail. They didn't leave one. They called someone else.
That's not a phone problem. That's a $600–$1,200 lead walking out the door — quietly, every single time.
"They didn't leave a voicemail. They just called the next guy."
— Every contractor who's ever been busy
No setup beyond forwarding your existing number. No new app for your customers. No learning curve.
Caller number, time, and — on Pro — an AI-generated summary of what they likely need. Nothing slips through.
Your custom SMS goes out automatically. The caller knows you're real, you care, and you'll call back. Most callers stop shopping right there.
Open the dashboard and see every missed call, their reply, and whether it's a high-value job worth dropping everything for.
MCManager is not a CRM. It's not a phone system. It's the thing that makes sure a ringing phone while you're busy doesn't mean a lost job.
